Finances
-I am recognized by insurance plans in Nova Scotia that cover Registered Counselling Therapy or Psychotherapy.
-I offer direct billing through a number of insurers, including, but not limited too: Medavie Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Canada Life, Manulife, Claimsecure, Desjardins, Johnson, Beneva, Alberta Blue Cross, etc)
-It is the client's responsibility to double check if registered counselling therapists are covered through their insurance plan.
-Payment is accepted by e-transfer.
Individual Session
The cost you see is the cost you pay - there is no tax added. Each session will be tailored to your specific needs and circumstances. Each time will present something new. New insight, new discoveries, or new breakthroughs. Visit this page to learn more about how I approach therapy sessions.
Couples Session
I offer couples counselling to couples who are looking to improve communication with one another, navigate a rough patch, learn how to connect better with one another, or navigate a life crisis together.
